Hand Drawings 8/25/14

Here are some hand drawings for Adv. Drawing class at my high school. This assignment was to be done in pencil- after working with all these new materials (conte, charcoal, ink wash, pastel, etc) this summer it was a bit hard to transition back to pencil. 

'Would You Turn The Corner?!' Acting Animation Blocking WIP

I've animated a fair amount this summer. Most of it being freelance for a new 2D Platform Game (that's coming to the Android Store, this year! Whoohoo!) But a couple of days ago I decided to start a longer acting piece to help beef up my demo reel for this National Portfolio Day coming up in a few months. Figure Drawing from the Past Week

Here's just a few of some of my figure drawings this past week. There's been A LOT more- mostly quick ones though. Trying to do a couple hours a day. This semester I'm taking 4 art classes. 1 at my high school, 2 at the local university, and 1 online with Studio Technique. All life drawing classes so I'll be posting a lot of drawing this semester!

New Portfolio and Work from MIAD Summer Program

Last week I completed my class at MIAD (Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design) in Advanced Figure Drawing. It was a great experience with access to a lot of great teachers and facilitates. Here is my new portfolio with lots of new work from the class. This is also the portfolio I showed to Ringling and MIAD admissions last week.
